HUNTSVILLE'S SUCCESSFUL DISABILITY ADVOCATES - WORKING FOR YOU

For years, the Forsythe Firm has been helping north Alabama residents obtain Social Security disability benefits.  And the firm does not collect a penny unless the client is approved and awarded back pay.

This arrangement is called a "contingency fee agreement."  Before a fee becomes due, a contingency must be met.  What is the contingency?  That the client is approved and paid past due benefits, often known as "back pay."

The Forsythe Firm does all the work without any guarantee of payment.  The client meets for an interview.  The case is evaluated.  If the firm decides to represent the individual, an agreement is signed.  The local advocate files all applications and forms, gathers medical evidence, develops a theory of the case for the decision makers (shows why it should be approved), appeals any unfavorable actions--and appears at hearings with the client if that becomes necessary.  Only when a retroactive benefit check is issued to the client does a fee become due.  Social Security will then withhold a small percentage of the past due award to pay the fee.

The Forsythe Firm is a local firm.  It has only 2 offices.  One is directly in front of Bridge Street Town Centre at 7027 Old Madison Pike (Suite 108).  There is also an office serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee, located at 725 Cool Springs Boulevard, Franklin, TN.

All advocates of the firm have met the rigid requirements of the federal government for direct fee payment privileges.  When a case is favorably settled, Social Security will withhold an approved fee and pay your advocate directly, so the client never has to write a check for the fee.

"We feel that having a local advocate who lives right here in Huntsville or North Alabama is important.  A client meets with us right away, face-to-face.  We take phone calls locally.  There are no national call centers.  Clients may stop by our office and talk to us.  You don't have to handle business by long distance or postal service.  We're here.  We want to see you."
